How to create your first agent

Sign in, open the dashboard, create a new agent, and give it a name, instructions, a voice, and a brand image. Each agent can be configured for a different workflow, team, or audience.

How to add knowledge

Open the knowledge base for an agent and upload supported files such as text, PDFs, images, audio, or video. vAssi validates supported uploads before they enter the knowledge base.

How to test and refine an agent

Use the dashboard to speak with the agent, review how it responds, and keep updating instructions, voice, branding, and knowledge until the experience matches your intended use case.

How to share an agent

When the agent is ready, publish it to generate a unique share link. That link can be used internally or externally depending on who you want to access the experience.
